License Active but No Cloud Provider Connected

A valid license does not replace provider connection requirements for backup and migration flow.

Meaning

License can be valid while backup/migration actions still fail because no cloud destination is connected.

Required Steps

  1. Connect at least one provider (Dropbox, S3, R2, or SFTP/FTPS based on entitlement).
  2. Validate credentials by running provider test/save action.
  3. Run one manual backup to verify runtime readiness.
