Migration Support Escalation Checklist

Send the right migration evidence set so support can diagnose without repeated back-and-forth.

What to Send Support

  • Source and destination domain names.
  • Masked license key.
  • Exact failure timestamp.
  • Pre-flight output screenshot and error signatures.
  • Recent plugin logs and relevant server logs.

Before Escalation

  1. Re-verify license and migration limits.
  2. Confirm source ZIP is still accessible.
  3. Validate destination SSH + DB fields.
  4. Re-run pre-flight after corrections.
